-Return Policy. All unopened goods have a return date of 14 days once arrived. We cannot accept return, opened or used products back. 

-Postage. Postage can take between 3-5 days once posted. This may vary so please be patient. 

- Where are the courses held? All classroom courses are held at our salon in Heeley, Sheffield. 

- How old do you need to be to take the courses? 16 and over. 

- Is a finance plan available? Yes, we offer finance through laybuy. this will allow you to pay for courses over a total of 6 weeks. 

- Who are our courses accredited by? All our courses are accredited with ABT accreditation company. 

- Are kits provided? Yes, all courses come with a full kit including everything you'll require for the course and after. 

- Do i need to complete case studies? Yes, all courses will require case studies. If the course has been taken online you will also require a zoom call for a practical sessions. 

- I can't do the dates available? Don't worry, we can work around this if you contact us via email, trainingpinkinfinity@gmail.com. 

- Are 1-2-1's available? Yes, please email trainingpinkinfinity@gmail.com with courses and dates you wish to do.
